Counties¶
A county account gives a county health department (or hospital network) read-only oversight of equipment across its member hospitals โ equipment counts, downtime, service requests, PPM compliance and budgets.
Each hospital keeps full control of its own team, notifications and equipment. The county can't run their day-to-day operations.
County roles¶
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| County Admin | Everything below, plus add hospitals and manage county members. |
| County Viewer | View dashboards and analytics. |
| County Principal Biomed | View dashboards, plus look inside a hospital's internal biomed portal (read-only). |

Your dashboard¶
After login you land on your county dashboard (or My Counties if you belong to several). It shows, across member hospitals:

Analytics adds uptime, repair spend, PPM compliance and equipment needing attention by hospital, with filters and Export PDF.
