Sign up your facility

Create your facility's EquipNet account. The person who signs up becomes the Facility Superadmin.

Joining an existing facility?

Don't sign up — ask your facility admin to invite you. See Accept an invitation.

Before you start

Have these ready:

  • Facility name, type and KMHFR ID
  • Whether you have internal biomedical engineers (see below)
  • Your full name, employee or national ID, designation, phone number and work email

Steps

  1. Go to Sign up.
  2. What are you setting up? — choose Health Facility. (County health departments choose County Hospitals Network — see Counties.)
  3. How many locations does your facility operate?
    • Just one site — one branch.
    • A few branches, one shared team — your first branch now, more later.
    • Several hospitals, each independently managed — you'll be switched to county signup.
  4. Tell us about your facility — fill in the details and pin your location on the map.
  5. Account Manager Details — your details and a password (at least 8 characters; not common, not all numbers, not similar to your name or email).
  6. Review & submit, then select Create Account.

What happens next

  1. Verify your email. Open the "Verify your email address" email and click the link. Didn't get it? Use Resend verification email on the success page (check spam first).
  2. Wait for approval. EquipNet reviews new facilities, usually within 1–2 business days.
  3. Log in. You'll get a "Medevice Account Approved" email. Log in with your email and password.

Internal biomeds

If you tick that your facility has internal biomedical engineers, EquipNet turns on lockdown mode: new service requests go to your own engineers first instead of to EquipNet. You can change this later — see Internal biomed team.
