Accept an invitation

When a facility or county admin invites you, you get an email titled "Invitation to join {facility}" (you may also get an SMS).

Invitations expire after 7 days

If yours has expired, ask the sender to resend it.

New to EquipNet

  1. Open the invitation email and click the link.
  2. On Complete Your Registration, enter your name, phone and a password. Your email is filled in for you.
  3. Select Create Account & Accept Invitation.

Your account is active immediately — no approval wait. You're logged in and taken to your portal:

Invited as You land on
Internal biomed (Head or Member) Internal portal
Maintenance Staff Maintenance & IT portal
Any other facility role Facility home
County role My counties

Already have an EquipNet account

  1. Click the link in the email.
  2. Log in with the same email address the invitation was sent to.
  3. Select Accept Invitation.

\"This invitation is for … Please log out and use the correct account.\"

You're logged in with another account. Log out, then open the link again and log in with the invited email.

\"This invitation is no longer valid or has expired.\"

Ask the sender to resend it, or check whether you already accepted it.
