Everything lives in the left sidebar, grouped by job. You only see items your role allows.

\"Inventory\" = equipment

In the app, your equipment register is called Inventory. Each record is one piece of equipment.

Numbered badges on items (e.g. To Approve 3) show work waiting for you.

Doctors and nurses see a shorter Workspace menu — see Doctors & nurses. Internal biomeds see the Internal portal menu.

On your phone

EquipNet works in your phone's browser. A bottom bar gives quick access to Home, Service Requests, Inventory and Account. Use your phone camera to scan equipment QR codes.

  • Feedback — tell us what works and what doesn't.
  • Email support / Call support.
  • Account menu — your role, Account, the theme toggle (light, dark or system) and Logout.

Subscription ending Your trial or plan ends soon. See Subscription & billing.
Account locked (read-only) Your subscription has expired. You can view data but not create anything.
