Spare parts in jobs¶
Request parts when you start a ticket. EquipNet reserves what's in stock and sends the rest to procurement.

Request parts¶
- On the ticket, select Start (or Request Spare Parts / Edit Spare Parts later).
- Search for each part and enter the quantity. If it's not in the catalogue, type the name and Add "…" as new part.
- Save.
| Result | What happens |
|---|---|
| All in stock | Parts are reserved, the ticket goes In progress. |
| Some missing | A part request goes to procurement (email + SMS), the ticket is Delayed under Unavailable Spare Parts. |
When procurement fulfils the request, the ticket resumes automatically and you're notified.
When you complete¶
On the job card, confirm the quantity actually used for each reserved part (0 if not needed). Used parts are deducted from stock; unused reservations are released.
Procurement's side is in Spare parts.
