Who: Head Internal Biomed (first login)

1. Choose your workflow

The first time a Head logs in, the Workflow Setup Wizard opens (direct link).

Option	Choose if
Solo Mode — "I work alone."	You're the only engineer. EquipNet optimises for speed and auto-assignment.
Team Mode — "I manage a team."	You lead engineers. EquipNet enables invites, assignment and approvals.

Select Continue. Your facility admin can switch modes later.

2. Invite your team (Team mode)

1. Go to Biomed Team → Invite (direct link).
2. Enter each engineer's email (name and phone optional) and choose a role.
3. Select Send Invitation. Pending invitations are listed below the form.

3. Get ready

• Check Inventory — bulk upload if it's empty
• Fill in PPM data for Unscheduled Assets
• Set up verification codes and print QR stickers
• Add your spare parts stock
