Biomed team

Open Biomed Team to see each engineer, their role, branch, availability and workload.

• Invite — add an engineer (direct link).
• Availability — engineers marked unavailable aren't sent new tickets. If nobody is available, new requests go to EquipNet.
• Changing roles, revoking access and switching Solo/Team mode are done by the facility admin — see Internal biomed team.

Other facility users

Heads can also invite and manage non-engineer users (e.g. nurses, Department Heads) from Users / Manage Branch — see Users & branches.

Keep an eye on the team

• Dashboard — unassigned pool, delayed and escalated jobs, reassignment approvals.
• Team Jobs — everyone's tickets with filters.
• Analytics — PPM compliance, maintenance cost, budget use, workload by engineer. Export PDF for reports.
